Biological Assessments

Zentner and Zentner completes a variety of biotic analyses, including plant and wildlife surveys, vegetation mapping, habitat evaluations, and the biologic portions of EIRs and EISs. We produce thorough assessments that review all aspects of the issues in question to ensure that each report is accurate and appropriate for its purpose.

Recent Projects

For the City of Fremont, we prepared the biotic portions of the 500-acre Pacific Commons (Catellus Corporation) EIR, analyzing the distribution and value of wetlands and special status species habitats.

We completed a detailed environmental assessment for DUC Housing Partners in Watsonville which was incorporated directly into the EIR.
